Online Workshop –  5 Afternoons, May 15 – 19, 2023

In-Person Workshop – 2 1/2 Days, May 30 – June 2, 2023 at Emory University, Atlanta

We are pleased to offer two separate workshop opportunities this year.  Faculty may choose either an online or an in-person workshop. These workshops are open to college and university faculty from all institution types.

The online workshop will be most appropriate for faculty who have access to a laboratory during the workshop for some brief wet lab activities.  Wet lab activities will be performed at the in-person workshop.  All participants are expected to be able to teach in-person labs in the 2023-2024 academic year.

Priority will be given to faculty who apply in pairs.

To accommodate faculty in the online workshop from across the US and to prevent online fatigue, the workshop is scheduled for an entire week in 2 to 3-hour sessions each day.  We will meet each day starting at 1:10pm EDT and finish by 4:00pm.

The in-person workshop will begin at 8:00pm on Tuesday with full-day activities on Wednesday and Thursday.  The workshop will end after lunch on Friday.
