These data were collected by Ian Krout at Morehouse College in Fall 2024.
Beetles were adults reared on blackeye peas(N=9)and larvae reared on blackeye peas (N=11). There were no negative control samples. 
Beetles were from the LB strain adapted to their host bean for many generations.
Beetles were larvae of unknown sex and adult sex was not identified.
Beetles were surface-sterilized.
Beetles were extracted with QIAGEN DNA-Easy kits.
Sequences are for the v4 region.
MiSeq sequencing was done by MrDNA labs.  All these data are from a single sequencing run.
