These data were collected by Dr. Anna Zelaya at Emory University in Fall 2021.
Beetles were reared on black-eyed peas (N=32) or adzuki beans (N=31).  Data set also includes a negative control (N=1).
Beetles were from 4 different generations, 0, 2, 4 and 6 with 7 or 8 samples per generation per bean type.
Beetles were from the LB strain adapted to their host bean for many generations.
Beetles were females.
Beetles were adults.
Beetles were surface-sterilized.
Beetles were extracted with QIAGEN DNA-Easy kits.
Sequences are for the v4 region.
MiSeq sequencing was done by MrDNA labs.
